TO BE SOLD BY PRIVATE CONTRACT, VALUBLE FARM at SHIRLEY OLD PARK, in the parish of Shirley, in the county of Derby, consisting of a good farm house with suitable outbuildings, and several Closes of land of freehold tenure, containing by recent admeasurement 50A. 0R. 29P. or thereabouts, in the possession of Wm. Dakin.
