FREEHOLD PROPERTY AT SHIRLEY.
TO BE SOLD AT AUCTION

At the house of Mr Robert Goodall, the sign of the Saracen's Head, in Shirley, in the county of Derby, on Monday, the 8th day of December next at 5 o'clock in the afternoon, subject to conditions then produced.
All the MESSUAGE or DWELLING HOUSE called CLUB WOOD LODGE, situate in the parish of Shirley aforesaid, with the Outbuildings, Gardens and Appurtenances thereto belonging, and FOUR CLOSES of good pasture Land adjoining, well-watered, called the Croft, the Glover close, the New close and the Rough containing together about seven acres now in possession of Mr Samuel Wright and Sarah Twigge his tenent.
Mr Wright will shew the Premises and of whom; Mr FOX, attorney, Ashborne, any further information may be obtained.
The Purchaser may, if required, may be accommodated with all or any part of the purchase money on approved security at a reduced rate of Interest.
