TO BE SOLD BY PRIVATE CONTRACT,

A Valuble FARM at Shirley OLD PARK, in the the parish of Shirley, in the county of Derby, consisting of a good farm house and suitable outbuildings, and several Closes of Land of freehold tenure, containing by recent admeasurement 50A. OR. 29P. or thereabouts, in the possession of William Dakin.
