Michell, to arrange for SALE by AUCTION, at the vicarage, on TUESDAY and WEDNESDAY, the 31st October,and 1st November, 1871, the greater portion of the excellent dining, drawing, and bedroom FURNITURE, including set of mahogany hair seated chairs, and one arm ditto, writing tables with leather tops and nine drawers, mahogany dining table with four ext leaves, and leaf case, mahogany pedestal sideboard, with claret cupboard, and drawers, set of twelve rosewood chairs, with cane seats and loose cushions, easy ditto, single couches en suite, fine-toned cottage pianoforte, by D'Almaine and Co., in maple, lady's work table with inlaid top, mahogany Pembroke table, pair rose wood cabinets, mahogany cheffioneer, with cupboard and drawer, mahogany four-post1 French, and other bedsteads, hair and wool mattresses, excellent feather beds, blankets, and counterpanes, mahogany wardrobes, chests of drawers, mahogany and other dressing and wash tables, toilet glasses and services, Brussels, Kidderminster, and other carpets, damask window curtains, 8 days, bracket, and other clocks, oak hall table and chairs, the usual kitchen requisites, &c., &c.SHIRLEY VICARAGE, DERBYSHIRE.
Also, a four-wheeled Phæton, by Holmes, with moveable head, pole, shafts, lamps, &c., excellent Bath carriage, with shafts, lamps, cushions, &c., three, sets of single harness, hackney saddles and bridles, cucumber frames, hand glasses, capital bee house, and two hives of bees, garden tools, and numerous out-door, and other effects.
Sale to commence each day at Eleven o'clock. Catalogues ten days previously, may be had at the place of sale, or at the AUCTIONEERS' offices, Wardwick, Derby.
