At the House of Mr. Rix, in Shirley, on MONDAY. the 7th day of May, 1855, at Six o'clock in the Evening, in the following or such other Lots as may be agreed upon, and subject to conditions to be then produced (unless previously disposed of by Private Contract, in which case Notice will be given;)
LOT I.
ALL, that substantial MESSUAGE, situate in Shirley aforesaid, consisting of house-place, parlour, kitchen, cellar, and, four bed-rooms, with brewhouse, piggeries. gig-house, stabling for three horses, cow-houses for ten cows, barn and two bays, garden. orchard, and small croft adjoining. containing about 1A. 1R. OP.
LOT 2.— A CLOSE of exceedingly rich MEADOW LAND. called the Goslings. adjoining to the said Dwelling house and premises, containing 3A. 1R. 27P.
LOT 3. A CLOSE of MEADOW or PASTURE LAND in Shirley aforesaid, called the Moors, containing 4A 2R. 13P.
The Messuage is now used as a Beer-house, for which it is well adapted, having every necessary convenience. The whole are in the possession of Mr. Rix, the owner, who will show the same.

Two-thirds of the purchase money may remain on security if required. Ashborne,
