MESSRS. CUMBERLAND and SONS have received instructions from Mrs LETITIA GILMAN (who is leaving the neighbourhood) to SELL by AUCTION, on WEDNESDAY, February 10th 1892 —

13 BEASTS — 9 calved or in-calf cows or heifers in-calf stirk, 3 heifer yearlings.

10 Fat wether hogs.

3 Pigs — in-pig sow, 2 porkets.

POULTRY, POTATOES, FARM IMPLEMENTS, and the greater portion of the useful HOUSEHOLD FURNITURE, dairy utensils and effects as enumerated in catalogues.
Sale at 11.30 prompt.

MESSRS. CUMBERLAND and SONS are instructed by the executors of the late Mr. Samuel Swindell to SELL by AUCTION, as above, on MONDAY February 15th 1892, the whole of the LIVE and DEAD FARM STOCK comprising:—

62 BEASTS, viz., 26 calf or in-calf cows, 6 barren heifers, 6 in-calf heifers, 11 stirks, 9 reared calves, 2 young calves, 2 store bulls.

59 Black faced SHEEP viz., 36 in-lamb ewes, 11 ewe hogs, 7 fat hogs, 5 fat wethers.

28 PIGS viz., in-pig pure bred Berkshire sow, 4 in-pig gilts, 5 store gilts, 8 porkets, 8 strong stores and 2 boar pigs.

3 HORSES viz., bay cart horse, 15.3 8 years; Roan Van mare, 16.1 rising 6; iron grey cart gelding, 16.2 rising 4 unbroken.

The whole of the FARM IMPLEMENTS, HORSE TACKLE and minor tools.
