At the house of Mr. Robert Goodall, the sign of the Saracen's Head, in Shirley, in the county of Derby, on Wednesday, 30th of December next, at 3 o'clock in the afternoon (unless disposed of by private contract in the mean time, of which, notice will be given,) in the following or such other lots, as shall be agreed upon at the time of sale, and subject to conditions then to be produced.A very eligible FREEHOLD ESTATE, situated at Shirley aforesaid, viz.
