TO BE SOLD BY AUCTION

At the house of Mr. Robert Goodall, the sign of the Saracen's Head, in Shirley, in the county of Derby, on Wednesday, 30th of December next, at 3 o'clock in the afternoon (unless disposed of by private contract in the mean time, of which, notice will be given,) in the following or such other lots, as shall be agreed upon at the time of sale, and subject to conditions then to be produced.
A very eligible FREEHOLD ESTATE, situated at Shirley aforesaid, viz.
LOT 1.
A Dwelling House, lately erected, with its appurtenances, and the Orchard and Croft adjoining the same, in the occupation of Mr Joseph Pegg.

The tenant Mr. Joseph Pegg, is requested to shew the first lot; the remaining lots can be seen on application to Mrs. Strong, of Shirley aforesaid; and for other particulars, apply at the office of MR. J. BRITTLEBANK attorney at law, Ashbourne.
Two thirds of the purchase money may remain on security of each lot, if required.
