MANSLAUGHTER — FIVE POUNDS REWARD
WHEREAS, EDWARD PIPES, of Derby, Plasterer, stands charged by the Coroner's Inquisition with the manslaughter of James Bown, in the parish of Shirley, in the county of Derby, and the coroner has issued a warrant for his apprehension.And whereas the said EDWARD PIPES has since ABSCONDED.
NOTICE is hereby GIVEN, that the above reward will be paid to any person who will apprehend the said EDWARD PIPES, and lodge him in any of Her Majesty's gaols.The said Edward Pipes is 25 years of age, about 5 foot 6 inches high, rather stoutly made, round shouldered, round face, black hair, dark eyes, with a stern expression of countenance.
