Ley, Francis Douglas

Sir Francis Douglas Ley, 4th Baronet of Epperstone Manor. Appointed a Lord Lieutenant of Derbyshire in 1953. He was chairman of Ley's Malleable Castings Company and lived at Shirley House.His great grandfather, Francis Ley built the Baseball Ground in 1890 which, for many years was the home of Derby County Football Club.
