The Minister of Transport hereby gives notice that he has made an Order under section 153 of the above Act entitled " The Diversion of Highways (County of Derby) (No. 14) Order 1965" authorising the diversion of lengths of two footpaths off Park Lane, Shirley, Derbyshire, and involving the provision of a new footpath. Copies of the Order may be obtained, free of charge, on application to the Ministry of Transport, St. Christopher House, Southwark Street, London S.E.1 (quoting the reference HLL 70/8/069) and may be inspected at all reasonable hours at the offices of the Ashbourne Rural District Council, Compton Offices, Ashbourne and at the address of the Chair- man of the Shirley Parish Meeting, Shirley House, Shirley. Any person aggrieved by the Order and desiring to question the validity thereof, or of any provision contained therein, on the ground that it is not within the powers of the above Act or that any requirement of that Act or of any regulation made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to the Order, may, within six weeks of 22nd October 1965, apply to the High Court for the suspension or quashing of the Order or of any provision contained therein.
