[Before the Hon. W. M. JERVIS, Colonel NOEL, and J. H. GASCOYNE and VERNON MELLOR, Esqrs.]
Charles Wheeldon, of Shirley, was summoned that he being the driver of a cart drawn by one horse at Kirk Langley on August 18th had not proper control of the same. Wheeldon was found in the cart asleep by police constable Woods. Fined 1s. and costs or 7 days.
