PETTY SESSIONS, [Before H. C. Okeover, Joseph Simpson, C. W. Jervis Smith, and T. O. Farmer, Esqrs.]— John Thomas Measham summoned his master, Samuel Normanshaw, of Shirley, for wrongful dismissal.— Mr. Boddam appeared for the defendant, and Mr. Matthews (Bamford Son and Matthews) for the complainant.— On the cases being called it was agreed to adjourn it for a few weeks, as divorce proceedings are pending, in which both parties are interested. The claim was for £8 14s. for wages due.— The bench agreed to an adjournment of the case.
