ASBOURN
PETTY SESSIONS, SEPT. 23rd.— [Before J. G. Johnson and F Wright, Esqrs.] — Furious Driving. J. Morley, of Shirley, was charged with being drunk and furiously driving his horse and cart at Ashboun, on the 15th instant. Fined £5 and costs.— Matthew Bonsall, of Shirley, was charged with a like offence on the Ashbourn and Derby turnpike road. Fined £5 and costs.
