VALUABLE FREEHOLD PROPERTY AT SHIRLEY, IN THE COUNTY OF DERBY.
TO BE SOLD BY PRIVATE CONTRACT.
ALL that FREEHOLD MESSUAGE or DWELLING HOUSE, situate in the village of Shirley, in the County of Derby, comprising house, parlour and kitchen; five bedrooms, and good cellars. Closely adjoining are a convenient brewhouse and piggeries, a three stalled stable and gig-house, a barn with two bays, cowhouse for ten cows, and a cart hovel, and also a large kitchen garden, an orchard well stocked with fruit trees, and a CROFT of excellent grass land, containing about 1A. 2R. 0P., in the occupation of Mr. Wm. Rix.
The property is pleasantly situated in the village of Shirley, at a distance of about five miles from Ashbourne and nine from Derby, and affords a very desirable opportunity of a purchase either for residence or investment.
