A MESSUAGE and FARM, in Shirley, pleasantly situated, consisting of forty-seven acres, three roods and three perches, of very rich land, in the possession of Gilbert Goodal. — If not sold in 14 days altogether, this farm will afterwards, be offered for sale in separate parcels. — Shirley is distant from Ashborne four measured miles, and from Derby about 8 measured miles.
