Before the Commissioners for sale of the Land Tax, in the County of Derby,
At the Saracen's Head Inn, in Shirley, in the said county, on Monday the 20th day of May, 1799, at three o'clock in the afternoon.
A FREEHOLD ESTATE, belonging to the Hon. Washington Shirley, lying within the Manor of Shirley, in the County of Derby, in the following lots;
 1A Messuage in Yeaveley, in the occupation of Thos. Thompson.
