FREEHOLD LAND AT SHIRLEY,
TO BE SOLD BY AUCTION,

At the house of Mr. Miers, the Wheatsheaf Inn, Ashbourne, on SATURDAY, the 1st of December next, at five o'clock in the afternoon, subject to such conditions as will be produced, (together or in lots)
The undermentioned three pieces of RICH LAND, lying in Shirley, viz:—

New Close, with stable, and cowhouse,
newly erected thereon, containing
