The licensee of the Saracen's Head, Shirley, left the house on the 6th of April 1918 and since that date has been occupied and used as a farmhouse. The licence has not been transferred to the present occupant.
The existing licences would be renewed excepting— The Red Lion, Hognaston and the Saracen's Head, Shirley both of which should be adjourned for a month.
