W. S. BAGSHAW & SONS have received instructions from Mr. J. P. Bingham (who is leaving the district), to SELL by AUCTION, entirely without reserve, on
WEDNESDAY NEXT, MARCH 22nd,
the whole of his LIVE and DEAD FARMING STOCK, comprising:
80CATTLE viz.— 21 young dairy cows and heifers, 10 grand coloury in-calf shorthorn heifers, 5 fresh barren heifers, West Highland cow and calf, fat bullock, 5 coloury barren heifers (outliers), 6 strong shorthorn bullocks, 18 months (outliers), 4 choice blue grey barren heifers (outliers), 2 black polled barren heifers, 11 coloury reared heifer calves, 3 bullock calves, grand roan shorthorn bull, 20 months old, full pedigree in catalogues; 2 well-bred bull calves, 4 young calves.
6HORSES viz.: Brown Shire mare 82278, "Milestone Lily," 16.2 h.h., quiet and a good worker, stinted to "Sloswick Pan Tuck," and believed safe in foal; black Shire mare, 75126, "Lockinge Black Bess," 15.2 h.h., stinted to "Pendley Record;" bay gelding, 4 years old, 16.1 h.h.; bay gelding, 3 years old, 16 h.h.; unbroken roan filly, 2 years old, sire "St. Ledger Nigger"; unbroken Bay colt, 2 years old, sire "St. Ledger Clansman."
29SHEEP, viz.: 28 Grand Masham ewes, in-lamb to Suffolk ram, due to commence lambing March 10th, Suffolk ram lamb.
FAT PIG, IMPLEMENTS and FARM TOOLS. GEARING & TACKLE, DAIRY UTENSILS, quantity of POTATOES.

The auctioneers wish to draw special attention to the cattle in this sale, which includes a large proportion of Grand Young Stock which are well worthy of attention. A motor char-a-banc will leave the Green Man Hotel, for the sale at 11 o'clock.
