SHIRLEY BROOK FARM, IN THE COUNTY OF DERBY.
JAMES TURNER, Auctioneer and Valuer, begs to inform his Friends and the Public, that he is honoured with instructions to SELL by AUCTION, on the Premises of Mr. JOHN MORLEY, Shirley Brook Farm, on MONDAY, the 28th February, the Valuable LIVE STOCK. &c., comprising 11 incalf cows, 4 barren ditto, 3 incalf stirks, 4 barren ditto, 6 yearling cow calves, 1 useful cart mare, 8 years old; 1 ditto ditto. 7 ditto, in-foal by Mr. Gibb's horse; 1 cart filly, 1 half-bred ditto, 1 ditto colt, 2 fat pigs, 3 stack frames, on stone pillars and caps; together with the carriages, implements, gearing, tools, &c, &c. Also, part of a stack of hay, and quantity of straw which will be sold to go off the premises.
Sale to commence at 11 o'clock. Catalogues are now ready, and may be bad on the Sale Premises; the Spotted Horse, Victoria-street, Derby and of the AUCTIONEER, Dalbury, near Derby.
