At the GREEN MAN HOTEL, on TUESDAY, 20th day of July, 1880, at Two for Three o'clock in the Afternoon, and subject to conditions to be then produced;
ALL that valuable FREEHOLD CLOSE of LAND, situate at Shirley, in the County of Derby, called, or known by the name of "The Upper Field," containing 3 acres more or less, and now in the occupation of Mr. Joseph Massey.
The Property adjoins the Lands of Mrs. Shirley.
For further particulars apply to the AUCTIONEER, Ashborne; Mr. MASSEY, Bentley Hall, near Longford; BE, or at the Offices of of Messrs. WISE, SON, and COOKE, Solicitors, Ashborne.
