THE PROPERTY consists in part of six Capital incalved cows, one incalved stirk, two yearling cow calves, one fat cow, brown waggon mare, and one fat pig; two narrow wheel waggons, two broad wheel carts, two barrows, land roller, single wheel plough, pair harrows, stone troughs, beam and scales, straw cutter, turnip drill, bonny rakes, ladders, hay forks, spades and shovels, malt mill, ale barrels, waggon ropes, double plough, horse gearing, plough tackle, winnowing machine, cheese pans, vats, with a great variety of other property. Also, two ricks of capital hay, two stacks of oats, and one stack of wheat, about 400 strike of Swede and white turnips, rick cloth and poles.
NB. The hay, corn, and straw to be taken oft the premises, and credit will be given upon approved security.
