Notice of Application for consent for
the puropses of section 108.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN in accordance with Schedule 12 of the above Act that an application has been made to the National Rivers Authority by Severn Trent Water Limited for consent to discharge up to 102 cubic metres per day of treated sewage affluent also settled storm sewage to the Shirley Brook, a tributary of the Hilton Brook at National Grid Reference SK 2145 4070 from Shirley Sewage Treatment Works, Derbyshire.
